Innovation, AI, and technology between Silicon Valley and Europe.
Head of Partnerships & Business Development at Streetbeat — an AI platform for financial services based in Menlo Park, California.
I'm based in Milan and I work at the intersection of Silicon Valley innovation and European financial institutions. My job is to bring AI into banks, wealth managers, and asset managers across Europe and the Middle East — which means I spend my days in conversations with C-level executives about what AI can actually do for them, beyond the slide deck.
I've lived and worked in six countries across three continents: Italy, France, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and the United States. I've worked in consulting (Deloitte), financial services, and tech — always at the crossroads of innovation and business development.
I write about what I see in the field. Not theory — observations from someone who sells AI to people who don't trust AI yet.

Things I post on LinkedIn — observations from the field, not polished takes.
"Three calls this week with three different banks. All three told me they're 'ahead of the market on AI.' Statistically, someone is lying. The real tell? Ask them what's in production. The room goes quiet every time."
"Milan to Menlo Park is 9 hours of time difference and about 9 years of mindset difference. In the Valley they ship first, apologize later. In Europe we regulate first, ship never. The winning playbook is neither — it's someone who speaks both languages."
"Every pension fund, insurance policy, and retirement plan is priced on the assumption you'll die around 80. Science is rewriting that number right now. When healthspan extends by 20 years, it's not a medical story — it's the biggest repricing event in the history of finance."
"By 2035 the space economy will be worth $1.8 trillion and autonomous AI agents will manage more portfolios than humans. The financial infrastructure for both doesn't exist yet. Whoever builds the rails for off-planet commerce and agent-to-agent transactions wins the next decade."
"The banks that move fastest aren't the ones that build everything or buy everything. They're the ones that figure out what's core — and make that call in weeks, not quarters. I've seen a 200-person bank outrun a 20,000-person bank simply because one person had the authority to say yes."
"I run calls across Milan, Menlo Park, and Doha every single day. The most productive people I know aren't the ones who do the most — they're the ones who switch the least. Every context switch costs you 25 minutes of depth. Protect your focus like it's revenue, because it is."
Topics I think about, write about, and work on every day. Not theory — field notes from someone who lives between worlds.
"I sell AI to people who don't trust AI yet. Every week I sit across from bank executives who have a 90-page strategy and zero products in production. That gap is where I live."
"Europe builds cathedrals. Silicon Valley builds cardboard boxes. The cardboard box tells you more. I've watched both ecosystems fail — they just fail differently."
"I live on both planets. Milan and Menlo Park. 9 hours of time difference, 9 years of mindset difference. The truth is somewhere in the middle, but the speed gap is real."
"$1.8 trillion space economy by 2035. Humanoid robots shipping at scale by 2028. Finance has no playbook for either. I worked in the Gulf and saw sovereign funds betting on this before anyone else."
"Every pension fund, insurance policy, and retirement plan assumes you'll die around 80. Science is rewriting that number. Finance hasn't noticed yet. This will be the biggest repricing event in a generation."
"I manage calls across 3 time zones every day. The most productive people I know aren't the ones who do the most things — they're the ones who switch the least. Context switching is the silent killer."
I'm always happy to talk about AI in financial services, innovation, or anything at the intersection of technology and the real world.
